After the first four parts of the Beethoven Complete String Quartet series have already been considered with highest honors, the Quartetto di Cremona continues this successful series now without restriction. The few weeks ago published Vol. 5 of this series was awarded by the renowned online magazine Pizzicato with a SUPERSONIC.

A total of 12 audite productions was nominated for the International Music Awards 2016 (ICMA). Among them new releases with the Mandelring Quartett, the Quartetto di Cremona, the Duo Pietsch-Eisinger, the Jacques Thibaud String Trio, the Swiss Piano Trio, Elisso Bolkvadze and also with Camilla Tilling and the WDR Sinfonieorchester under Eivind Aadland. In the field of historical releases the nominations include productions from the LUCERNE FESTIVAL series (Annie Fischer/Leon Fleisher, Wilhelm Furtwängler) and with the Amadeus Quartet, Géza Anda and Johanna Martzy.

The piano duo Takahashi | Lehmann recently returned from its nearly three-week tour in Japan. The concert program included works by Mozart, Schubert, Brahms, Liszt, Mendelssohn, Ravel and Debussy. In addition, the two musicians also gave CD presentation concerts for some of the most important Japanese record and piano stores. Here they presented repertoire from their latest audite album Transcriptions and beyond; particularly Igor Stravinsky's "Le Sacre" and Conlon Nancarrow's "Sonatina" received great applause.
