After the first part of the LUCERNE FESTIVAL series "Clara Haskil plays Mozart - Robert Casadesus plays Beethoven" already was awarded with a Diapason d'Or, now also the third part of this series "George Szell conducts Dvorák & Brahms" got this important award in July issue of the French journal Diapason.
The closing album of the Mendelssohn series with the Mandelring Quartett received a Supersonic from pizzicato. We are very happy about the award!
Two audite productions were nominated for the longlist of the German Record Critics' Award (PdSK) 3/2014: The Mandelring Quartett and Gunter Teuffel were nominated with Mendelssohn: Complete Chamber Music for Strings Vol. IV in the category Chamber Music, Hans-Eberhard Roß made it onto the longlist with Vierne: Complete Organ Symphonies Vol. III. The short list 3/2014 and winners will be published on August 15th.
On June 11th in 1864 Richard Strauss was born in Munich. On this occasion we would like to present our Richard Strauss releases to you. They stretch from the Alpensinfonie and Don Juan to Ein Heldenleben and Vier letzte Lieder. Please have a closer look!
Also in 2014 the Mandelring Quartett invites over the Feast of Corpus Christ to the HAMBACHERMusikFEST.From June 18th to 22nd renowned artists follow the Mandelring's invitation to the Palatine and present a top-class festival programme. Besides the Mandelring Quartett this year festival artists are Jörg Brückner (French horn), Nick Deutsch (oboe), Amy Dickson (saxophone), Jon Diven (double bass), Frank Forst (bassoon), Wally Hase (flute), Thorsten Johanns (clarinet), Paul Rivinius (piano) and the Rautio Piano Trio.
In June audite releases string trios by Cras, Reger, Dohnányi and Kodály. As a preview for the recording with the Jacques Thibaud String Trio we present a video with impressions from the recording session.

The necessary extensive technical modification of the website is finished and a first selection of productions is available online. All new releases are being offered as High Resolution Downloads right from the release date. The download offer for the back catalogue will steadily increase until the whole audite catalogue is available.

On April 12 this year's International Classical Music Awards (ICMA) were awarded in Warsaw during the Ludwig van Beethoven Festival. audite won in the category Historic Recordings with the 12 CD Celibidache Edition. Statement of the Jury: „Thanks to its great expertise in remastering archive recordings, Audite presents a highly interesting and revelatory overview of the early Celibidache years, with a young, fiery conductor: a far cry from the Zen maestro we knew when he was at the summit of his career."
After the latest part of the LUCERNE FESTIVAL series "Claudio Abbado conducts Schubert, Beethoven & Wagner" recently have been awarded with a La Clef du mois of the French online magazine Resmusica, now also the first part of this series "Clara Haskil plays Mozart - Robert Casadesus plays Beethoven" received one of the most prestigious awards in the classical music market. The French journal Diapason gave this production in their current April issue a Diapason d'Or.
