On March 18 this year's International Classical Music Awards (ICMA) were awarded in Milan/Itlay. audite received two awards: One as „Label of the Year" and also as the winner in the category Baroque/vocal with Polychoral Splendour. The winners were introduced and honoured with a festive award ceremony and a top-class gala concert.
The new audite release Johannes Brahms: The Complete Chamber Music for Clarinet with Laura Ruiz Ferreres has a very good start. Only a few weeks available the production has already been chosen by Bayerischer Rundfunk and RBB as CD of the week as well as it receives a Supersonic in the April issue 2013 of pizzicato. We are very happy about these awards!

On February 20th in 1963 Ferenc Fricsay died in Basel. On this occasion we would like to present our Fricsay realeases. From February 20th to March 20th we offer 14 selected Fricsay productions in 21 single CDs as an anniversary bundle at a special price of 129,00 EUR. All titles are also available separately at a reduced anniversary price.
On Tuesday, February 19th at 2:05 AM you hear in the night concert of Deutschlandfunk a program about Ferenc Fricsay. Under the title "Vehemence and spiritual depth" Norbert Hornig introduces the conductor celebrating his anniversary on February 20th together with audite recordings.
In the first quarter of 2013 audite won a German Critics' Award ("Preis der deutschen Schallplattenkritik"). This time the jury awarded the price to our 4 CD-box The RIAS Second Viennese School Project.
The Label audite was included in the critics' hotlist 2012 of the nmz and received an award for the best repertoire policy.
