The historical release Edith Mathis from the LUCERNE FESTIVAL series received after several highest ratings by the national and international specialized press and the nomination for the International Classical Music Award 2020 now also a Diapason d'or.
Due to the outbreak of the corona pandemic and the associated restrictions, many recording projects have to be cancelled and the repertoire re-planned. In the course of this, there are also unusual productions: The Mandelring Quartet fulfils a heart's desire and records favourite pieces, individual movements and encores for the album "Pennies from Heaven", which stylistically cannot be fitted into a usual programme.
audite's recording of Liszt's previously unheard opera Sardanapalo was given the Presto Classical award "Recording of the Year" for Premiere Recording (rediscovery / reconstruction).

In the field of historical releases productions from the LUCERNE FESTIVAL series (Edith Mathis / Karl Engel) and from the RIAS archive (Moshe Atzmon, Jorge Bolet Vol. III) were nominated.

In the current October issue of the renowned French music magazine Diapason, two audite productions received top honors. While the historical archive recording Jorge Bolet: The Berlin Radio Recordings, Vol. III was awarded a Diapason d'Or, the first recording Franz Liszt: Sardanapalo - Mazeppa received a Diapason découverte.
Next success for the new Kurtág production: The recording was nominated for this year's PdSK Annual Awards and included in the longlist!
Once a year, the Preis der deutschen Schallplattenkritik ('German Critics' Awards') awards annual prizes from various musical genres for the best productions of the past year, which are selected by a jury-spanning committee. The ten annual prizes are awarded to the winners in the context of public concert appearances or literature readings (in the field of audio books) in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
